Tek-Sys Computer Systems / Networking LLC was founded in Victoria, TX by Charles B. Parris. Mr. Parris was born and raised in Victoria and graduated from Victoria High School in Victoria. He attended Victoria College and University of Houston Victoria. He received his IT education from Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas. Mr. Parris has worked as a lead electronic service technician in Victoria and Colorado Springs, CO. For 14 years he was the local IT manager for Protostar Computer Technology, a California based corporation. Protostar was contracted by the Alcoa Point Comfort operations to provide computer and IT support for the facility. He also worked briefly at the Formosa Plastics facility in Point Comfort after the contract at Alcoa ended. Mr. Parris has 22 years experience in the IT field and has provided IT support for a number of area businesses.
Mr. Parris follows the "old school" tradition of considering his clients as friends and not just clients. "Always treat your clients like you would like to be treated." He recommends what he thinks is best for his clients, not what will produce the most income for his company.
